The HCMS team comprises over 100 permanent full-time members, each one with expertise in one or more areas of care home management gained over many years.
Between us, we have over 1,000 years of experience managing well over 750 care services in the UK.
There are very few situations that we haven’t encountered and for which we don’t have a solution.
We do have former inspectors on the team however, unlike many other consultancies, we also have 25 years of experience of directly managing services and fully understand the day to day pressures that operators face and how to manage compliance in the context of daily operations.
