“This is one of the best days I’ve had in quite a while. This home had a really bumpy start when it first came to HCMS. A poor reputation and awful performance all round. With the hard work of manager Katrina, deputy Kayleigh, the entire Oake Meadows team, and, support from HCMS, this is now a phenomenal home. 79 beds and pretty much full all the time with a waiting list. Very little agency, incredibly low staff turnover and a reputation for fabulous care.
My only regret…that I don’t spend more time there! A genuinely lovely group of people doing amazing work. Love it!”
