Kevin Groombridge
Executive Chairman
An experienced care home operator with an extensive clinical and senior management background, Kevin’s primary role is to direct the HCMS Board, ensure good corporate governance and use his extensive experience to support the Board’s day to day management of the group.
Tony Stein
CEO
A qualified Chartered Accountant and experienced care home operator with a strong financial background, Tony’s primary role is in business development and to support the Finance Team in the financial and administrative governance of HCMS.
Lynn Fearn
Managing Director
An experienced senior manager, Lynn’s primary role is to guide the company‘s day to day business which in addition to leading care home operations with the support of the Operations Directors, includes Quality, HR, Estates, IT and Administration. Where appropriate, Lynn is also the Nominated Individual for the group’s homes.
Carol Higgins
Business Development Director
An FCCA qualified accountant with extensive industry and senior management experience, Carol is responsible for Consultancy, Audit & Review, new client management and development of HCMS’ emerging businesses.
Kerry Winter
Information Technology Director
With over 20 years Director level experience in IT, Kerry is a proven team leader with responsibility for HCMS Group’s IT, Telecoms and development of cloud based software solutions for the sector.
Vicky Cutter
Human Resources Director
Working in HR for over 15 years, Vicky is an experienced Senior Manager with experience both in the private and public sectors. As Human Resources Director, Vicky is responsible for the HR and training functions of HCMS.
Alison Boote
Operations Director
Alison is an experienced senior Manager with extensive experience both in the independent and public sectors. As Operations Director Alison is responsible for one of the HCMS divisions.
Simon White
Finance Director
Simon is an FCCA-qualified accountant with over 35 years of experience in finance and 15 years as a Finance Director. As Finance Director at HCMS, Simon is responsible for controlling all aspects of the finances of the company and its clients.
